Welcome to the on-line waiting list pre-application website for the Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA), which provides low-income and elderly housing assistance in El Paso County, Colorado. In an effort to better serve you, we have developed a single, streamlined pre-application form for you to complete. Please carefully read all of the instructions below to ensure the successful completion and submission of your pre-application. This pre-application is available in alternative formats upon request. For example, large print or audio.

How to Apply
To apply, read the important information listed here and then click on the link below to complete the online pre-application.
- CSHA will only accept one pre-application per program per household.
- If you incorrectly or incompletely fill out the pre-application form, you will be required to make any requested corrections prior to being able to successfully complete the pre-application submission process.
- You will receive a confirmation number once your pre-application is successfully submitted.
- After your pre-application is submitted, any changes will have to be made via our "Applicant Update Form" , or in-person in our office.
- All applicants are subject to regulations and policies governing the Colorado Springs Housing Authority.
